5.9 Take-down from Relinquishing Rights Controller or Aggregator/Distributor to DSP

Once the Acquiring Rights Controller has satisfied itself that the DSP is able to receive and appropriately process any take-down notices from the Relinquishing Rights Controller or Aggregator/Distributor, it should request that the Relinquishing Rights Controller or Aggregator/Distributor sends takedown notices to the relevant DSPs.

At that stage, the Relinquishing Rights Controller or Aggregator/Distributor should send relevant take-down notices to the DSPs. These take-down notices should communicate end dates as agreed between the involved parties.

There is no requirement for the Relinquishing Rights Controller or Aggregator/Distributor to communicate any details of a Catalogue Transfer to any DSPs.
