5.5 Data Transfer from an Acquiring Rights Controller to its Aggregators/Distributors

The process of any data transfer from an Acquiring Rights Controller to its Aggregators/Distributors is defined by the bilateral agreements between these companies.

The Acquiring Rights Controller shall, however, indicate to its Aggregators/Distributors that the affected Releases are part of a Catalogue Transfer so that any DSPs affected by the Catalogue Transfer can, in turn, be informed accordingly.
