5.2 Contract between Rights Controllers

The contract between the Relinquishing Rights Controller and the Acquiring Rights Controller should ideally be executed well in advance of the actual transfer date so that any DSPs and, where involved, Aggregators/Distributors can be informed well in advance to allow the process detailed in the remainder of this clause to be executed in good time.
